1) Stop the 'SRSHDAudioService' service (Start | Run | services.msc)

2) Patch the executable(s):

* %programfiles%SRS Audio EssentialsAudioEssentials.exe
* %programfiles%Common FilesSRS LabsDSP ProxySRSDSPProxy.dll

3) (Re)start the 'SRSHDAudioService' service (Start | Run | services.msc)

Patch works on 32 bit Windows systems only, on 64bit it cannot patch SRSDSPProxy.dll, as the size differs... :/ Any help?
